The 2017 MKII features a corner-locking handle, which doesn’t move at all when the barrow is lifted over rocky or uneven terrain; this ensures complete stability, no matter how difficult the journey to your swim gets.
The adjustable height Y bar, which gives complete comfort for almost any angler, even when you have to push your fully loaded barrow over a long distance, features a locking strap, so you’ll never suddenly find yourself hunched over a handle that has dropped down a couple of notches as you’re navigating rough ground.
Storage space is maximised, without adding any additional weight to the barrow itself, by featuring folding side bars, which enable the barrow to accommodate even the largest sizes of bedchairs, and a folding front bar to fully utilise the entire load area.
A strong, durable, yet lightweight barrow, the 2017 MKII is compatible with almost all fishing luggage, and all Carp Porter accessories, although only the Carp Porter XL Side Bags will mount properly on the side bars of the MKII barrow.
There is the option of purchasing a specialist kit (sold separately) which allows you to motorise the barrow, an option which may appeal to anglers with disabilities, or those who like fishing secluded swims, but aren’t keen on the journey to them from the nearest sensible car park.
