The Trebuchet started out as a bit of a beast aiming for 200 yard casts which it achieved. After proving the concept we had the idea of dialling it back a few percent to become easier to compress by the average angler and this became the Trebuchet Light.
A distinctive 3k plain woven carbon fibre butt is married to part 1k woven tip with 90 degree joint reinforcement, that is the distinctive Trebuchet look. Beneath the surface is the same thin ply technology with lightweight carbon scrims as found on the Aviator range.
