The JRC Defender Bivvy, with its 5000mm hydrostatic head and 210D polyester coating, offers efficiently maximised internal space, giving you plenty of room to keep yourself and your kit dry, and comes with its own carry bag for easy storage and transport.
With taped seams for complete weatherproof protection, and a two-way letterbox style door that keeps you completely protected from the elements, whilst still allowing you to keep fishing, and reinforced pegging points, your bankside shelter will stay warm and dry, even if the weather doesn’t.
The bivvy comes with three door window options: green, clear PVC, or mozzie mesh, giving you the flexibility to choose the protection that’s right for you and your fishing. If you tend to find yourself fishing in wet weather, but never hold back from getting your rods out, then clear PVC gives you full visibility out over the water, whilst keeping you out of the rain until you get a bite. If you’re a late summer angler, and particularly if you like to head up to Scotland for a bit of sport, the mozzi mesh might be more your thing, keeping you cool, and keeping nature’s nuisances out.
Supplied with heavy duty T-pegs, the bivvy can be securely positioned to withstand the worst that the British weather can throw at it, ensuring there’s no interruption to your fishing, whatever the wind and rain decide to do, while a tough yet lightweight Velcro-in groundsheet and interlocking tension bars complete this functional package.
