If you’re looking to produce a ball of bait that can be easily distributed via the use of a catapult or throwing stick then you will want to use a good quality carp groundbait and compress firmly. This creates a super compact ball that you can distribute far into your swim to create a bed of bait, as this ball will take significantly longer to disintegrate.
